Another well known dish is the vegetable samosa.Â Â Beautifully spiced vegetable fillings are wrapped in a crispy triangular pastry and deep fried for the perfect crunch. Or try our Aloo Tikka – Potato patties spiced and mixed with gram flour and shallow fried. Drizzle with mint sauce for added flavour.

One of our signature dishes is Sabzi Miloni. This medium spiced dish contains seasonal vegetables cooked with flavoursome cinnamon, bay leaves, mustard seeds and warming spices. This is a real vegetarian treat garnished with fresh coriander and tangy lemon and orange zest.
